Montgomery County Advisory Council to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC) Informational Session – March 20

Join us for an informational session on Wednesday, March 20th, at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. [Register here]

What’s it about?

This session, introduced by Ricky Buttacavoli, Commissioner on the Governor’s Advisory Commission on LGBTQ Affairs, with Brittany Mellinger, Fair Housing Training & Outreach Coordinator at PHRC guiding us, aims to introduce the Montgomery County Advisory Council and its crucial role in combating discrimination.

Who are we looking for?

We invite individuals from all areas in Montgomery County to ensure diverse perspectives. PHRC Advisory Councils seek to work with established local Human Relations Commissions and to increase knowledge of state protections in areas without local ordinances. Human Relations Commissions, so we invite everyone interested to attend the virtual meeting to learn more. We especially encourage individuals from underrepresented communities, including Asian, Latino, and LGBTQ+ individuals to explore this opportunity.

TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID OTHER EVENTS—this way supporters can attend as many events as possible! Also note that all events submitted need to be submitted two weeks in advance of the date of the event.
